Changing the top bar (My Account / Submit Project / Log Out)

Hi there,

How do you edit the top bar above the header, where there are four social icons and links to My Account, Submit a Project and Log Out?

I’ve attached an image of how they look at the moment. I would like to change the look and feel of these and also remove the social icons.
