Child theme error? :(

Hey Im not sure what’s going on, but I’ve tried to set up a simple child theme for simplicity’s sake for future updates.

I’ve done this many times with a lot of themes, and I’m not quite sure why I’m getting an error. All I’m doing for my child theme is creating a directory and a simple css stylesheet pointing back to the original theme. This is the error I get after I try to activate the child theme:
