Clan Page Template and VC issue

With the upgrade of Visual Composer, the VC help bubbles are appearing the first time you use it to edit the frontend. Normally this would be fine but for new users who then create a clan they are seeing these help bubbles and being directed to create elements and ignoring the Clan Page template. This is causing clans to be created without the proper elements such as the gaming block. My questions:

1. Is there a way that when someone clicks Create clan, that the Clan Template is automatically loaded? Why even allow them to have the option to be able to add elements thus avoiding the possibility of then missing key blocks.

2. If question one can’t be done, can we stop the help bubbles from appearing and directing them to add elements on their own?
