Clan to teams and predifined clanpages

Is it possible to change the clan in to team text sitewide?
I found the create clan text in the header, but the clans in the buddypress profile page is giving me a hard time.

And is it possible to give teams a predefined clan/teampage layout upon creation? I find it hard as a first time user to walk through that process and I can imagine its harder for more people.
