Creation/edition of projects

Hello,

I have several issues concerning the creation and edition of the projects. Here they go:

1) When the user creates a project, he/she cannot upload or edit a project image. Neither there, nor in his/her user profile.

2) The admin does not receive any notification of the newly-created projects and therefore he/she cannot approve them.

3) When a project is in draft or pending, the user cannot edit it. The button redirects him/her to the home page (https://www.paramaparto.com/?pid=3132&edit=true).

4) The text of the project cannot be seen by the admin on the editor, in order to review it before accepting it.

Could you guys help me with this?
