Custom User Form

Hi,

I’m currently custom editing the theme using a child theme in wordpress along with custom .php files in the child theme that I’m using to overwrite the parent ones.

I was wondering if it’s possible to overlay a user-registration form onto an overlayed parallax video? I do know how to code in css, html, and php. What I’ve done so far is to add a row in visual composer, change the parallax option to display a video, and then make a “raw html” text box inside the row. However I don’t think visual composer can handle the php functions. Do you know how I could embed a user registration form onto the parallax video display?
