Demo does not work on live

Hi there
My website is http://esport.clandecima.it

1) I imported the xml file, but the home look messy with a lot of things missing. Anyone can tell me what’s wrong?

2) in demo, under home, i could switch between portfolio and blogroll etc. version..is that possible on live too? how?

3) It seems WordPress display only widgets in footer siderbar and in blog sidebar. Why? What is the use of other sidebars?

ps: i saw author is italian, could i write in italian or better i keep my bad english? 😛
