Demo import not complete

Hi,

I bought this theme two days ago and tried to do import demo for my website. I did all the updates and activated all plugins but when I click to import demo button it didn’t anything. I waited about 4-5 hours and there was only “please wait” inscription. I didn’t get any errors.

Finally, I deleted the database and tried it on a blank site, but the result was still negative. Please, could you help me with that?
