Error !

I try to install but;

1-I have not Cache folder in FTP or Cpanel
2-I have no plugin (Clean WP Setup 5.1.1)
3-My php.ini settings are good

Still 500 Error when i active

if you want i will give you my accoounts to check. Or i have to refund.
