Error 500 when using WordPress Theme

Greetings,

I recently purchased the Blackfyre WordPress Theme and I’m having the issue of getting the theme to work. Every time I attempt to activate it, after uploading it via FTP, I get a 500 error which takes down my WordPress installation and I’m forced to install another theme over it to get my WordPress to work again. Is there anyone who can help assist me on getting Blackfyre working?
