few little issues

as you make the site smaller to fit to other screens this starts to happen

you can see the menu goes a bit side ways the user name etc moves down into a strange position and the top admin bar moves user name down to.

when i push the site down smaller this happens https://puu.sh/voG4e/05b43150a3.png it starts to fit except the menu bar creates a blank bar above

any ideas?
