Funding Does NOT Work

Hi, I am using WePay as the only funding method. I have set wepay in funding to use a sandbox account.
I tried to make a donation to test and after I click the Commit to Funding button it directs me to a page with a note.
“Please wait while we process your transaction..” but nothing happens even after a few minutes.
