Fundingpress not sending API charge calls

So I just got off the phone (chat) with Stripe. They tell me the reason I am not seeing my test Stripe balance reflect the test donations that have been made on my test campaign is because:

“Your fundingpress site is only creating Tokens. Tokens are the encrypted payment information that gets sent to Stripe. A second call to charge the credit card needs to be sent as well and that’s not happening. Contact Skywarrior themes and let them know that the only API calls being made to Stripe are for Tokens. They need to send Stripe calls to charge credit cards as well. Right now they are only sending calls to tokenize the credit card information.”

How do we fix this?
