Hot News Thumbnails vs Original Image

Hey guys n gals,
First of all, thanks for creating this awesome theme.

I’m not new to “cms’s” in general although I am new to WP and admit that I am slowly getting used to it and figuring it out. I’m an “rtfm” kind of guy but after sifting through the forums and my own trial and error I can’t find a good solution.

My question is, do you have a image floating around somewhere that would have a “thumbnail” sized box or slice (via psd or just a jpg with a box with dimensions) as well as the whole original image that I could use to base all of my post images off of?

I basically want a template image to load up in photoshop and layer over the template with whatever custom graphic I design for the “featured image” that will appear well in the “hot news” thumbnail and in its original form. Even if you know the dimensions by heart that would suffice and I could make my own template image to speed up my work flow.
