How do I change text color?

Hi there,

I would like to change the color of the text inside a post. At the moment, it is a very light grey and many of our readers are reporting difficulties reading it. It also looks rather thick by default. I would like to be able to set the specific color to be used so it is darker and easier to read.

Is there a way to do this? It doesn’t appear to be in the options.
