How to change author url to membre profile ?

Hello,

i have a problem and i cant found the solution.

For example, on tournament blocks et can see the author of tournament. And when we click on the author name, we are redirect to a http://www.mywebsite.com/author/nameprofile its not good. How to change that to when we click on the author name we go to the “real” profile of the author like http://www.mywebsite.com/members/nameprofile

Please can someone help ?
