How to delate shadow from posts images

    When mouse is not on image then this image is shaded. When mouse is on image there is mouse coursor.

    I would like to make this image just normal. Without this effects. How I can do that?

    PLUS ONE MORE QUESTION – How chance size of this image? For example change height size.
