(HTML/CSS Version) Hot News & Dropdown

I have a problem with the template on IE.
I personally don’t use IE but for those who do, this is a problem.

1. The drop down menu doesn’t work at all on IE.
2. Hot News doesn’t scroll, but instead it displays all 4 of my slides having the 4th one bellow all of them.
3. Parallax slider doesn’t work.
