I did not activate wordpress theme – Help me!

    Hi,the other day I was using a Word press theme and I kept getting an error on the functions.php. The error is as image;
    error
    Use ftp to upload theme = Error and;
    Use Dashboard to upload theme = Error.

    Help me.
