I'm an idot – need a HUGE favor – deleted admin/all content

I started off with one-click install.

Like a tired moron, I created a new admin and deleted the old admin. Apparently I felt like screwing myself because I deleted all content associated with the old admin that I deleted. So all pages are gone. Blog and forum are still intact. Member page is gone. I think all users are still there, they just have no place to go because the member page is gone.

GoDaddy wants to bend me over for $150 to recover the files. F*ck that/them.

Can’t I reinstall the missing pages from the one-click install? Rather than starting completely over? There is nothing in my “pages” tab.

Hope someone can help :/
