Image cropping issue

Hi,

I have installed the theme on http://www.asparagus.zone/

When submitting a project: The images are not being cropped properly. The thumb is crisp on http://www.asparagus.zone/
but the image on the project detail page becomes blurry.

Help funding my dream film

Also i noticed in the ALL PROJECT page, the dimensions of thumbs is different than what you have on the demo. Mine are square.

Please help, my client is very frustrated.
