Inserting Layer Slider into page builder template

Hello,

I cannot seem to find a widget for the layerslider, which when looking at the sample website it is possible to achieve, that which I am to insert the layer slider into the page builder.

Is there any type of plug-in or an option that I missed out on. I seem to have missed something here. If it is not possible, is there anyway to place the ticker above the layerslider and have the layerslider aligned to the left?
