Installing Arcane Theme

I have just purchased “Arcane” theme. I have downloaded the file from the purchase page, and when I go to install on a fresh server, it completes the steps but once I tried to go to activate the theme I get the following:

Apologies if someone has asked this before but I couldn’t find it anywhere?

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /var/sites/d/dlvrfc.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/arcane/functions.php on line 4638

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
