Issue Uploading Media

Hi,

We really need some help. We thought the issue was due to our hosting and plugins and media exceeding the max file size. But they’ve changed that and the problem is still happening and after them running some tests it’s down to the theme.

They forwarded us the following email and told us to contact you.

Given that, we would advise you to contact the theme’s vendor as the issue is related to your application’s configuration and not your hosting environment.

You can verify that the memory limit and file upload size limits were increased accordingly on our end as you can verify from the following link:
