Ladder – Admin Kick User

Hi,

I’ve created a ladder tournament on my site and I’m having a weird issue with duplicated users.

I kicked a user to see if I could have him re-join whether that would fix it. It did not and now that user can’t click the join button to rejoin.

When the admin kicks a user, are they not able to join again?

Any idea why some users get duplicated?
