Ladder bug

Hello

I just had a case where 2 players had a scheduled match but then one of them decided to leave the ladder before the match takes place, then the second player got a loss.
This loss is not deserved, it’s not his fault if the other player pulled out.
Are you aware of this problem?
How can I remove that loss manually? where is the database?
