Ladder is realy bad, here are my sugestions

Hello, i just bought the premium tournaments feature in hope to have a ladder in my website:

However the ladder has a lot of problems:

1) Admin can’t remove players
2) Its impossible to find the stop button to stop de ladder
3) Players can join and leave the ladder at any time and get more challenges.
4) If the admin puts the tournament in draw play can join the tournament again and have him two times in the ladder and this only cause a lot of problems
5) If the ladder is in draw players can still challenge it other, join or leave the ladder
