Layer Slider want license?

Hi,
1. I bought the theme Game Addict. When I go to activate plugins, Layer Slider tells me that you can not turn it on and it takes a license. Can I have a purchase code please?

2. When i click on: Theme Options>One click install>import , i get this error:
To protect your content the demo importer only works when WordPress is fresh installed. Please re-install WordPress with the default settings if you want to import the demo data.
