Layerslider WP destroys the javascript in admin dashboard

So, I recently updated to 3.9.1 and I noticed when I went to Appearance -> Menu, I couldn’t drag any of my menu bars. When I click a menu bar, it acted as a link and opened the menu in a new page. The javascript for my some of my other plugins weren’t working either. So, I went through a process to pinpoint it to this plugin shown below.

For some reason, the theme wouldn’t let me deactivate the layerslider, so when I switched to a new theme (Twenty Fourteen) with the layerslider activated and no other plugs in activated, the menu bar still didn’t work. Once I deactivated it, the menu bar worked fine.
