LayerSlider WP – Shortcode block doesn't work

I know this isn’t the support for layerslider but I’m been playing around with this layerslider for awhile and can’t seem to get it to work.

The layerslider is located in the shortcode block of the Page Builder.
We changed the layerslide id to 2.
But nothing shows up on the home page.

If I paste the code [layerslider id=”3″] in the Home Page of the Pages sections.
It only works if it is before the Template id and it doesn’t work if it is after the template id.
Why is that? Am I missing any steps?
