Link Colors change when logged in

Hi guys,
Could use some help. Using the Theme Customization color picker, the link colors look perfectly fine when logged out.

However, as soon as I log in all the links turn blue.

Additionally the theme looks fine when previewing it from the back end (appearance, theme)

Any way I can fix this? (tested on both Chrome/Firefox)
