Loads of problems

Alright, so I have a lot of questions and problems I’d like to ask.

How do I get my homepage to look like the one in the demo? Is there a way to download a template or something for that? If not can you explain step by step how to do that as I’m having difficulties trying to do that.

When you make a project it isn’t automatically submitted, and I (The admin) have to go into projects and click publish manually to allow them, is there a way to automatically publish the projects?

I have 2 test projects up on the site, however when I go to the projects section, or have the projects widget on the homepage it doesn’t show any of them on either page. What is wrong with this, and how do I fix this?

The slider doesn’t display as big as it does in the homepage, I went in and made the width 100%, turned on full screen mode, etc. and still nothing. If you can answer number one and provide a template download or something, it will answer this as well.

I will probably have more questions in, however I’m going to bed as of now.
