login problem

The problem is that when I log in, I can see the access to the entire registered web (forum …) but when I get to the desktop in the administration bar, it takes me to the wp-login.php page to go re-login, then I can access the desktop.
it’s like I have to log in twice, maybe that’s the problem that I also have with wpbackery, that I do not see the changes on the main page if I do not save and update.
