Logo Adjustment and Social Buttons

Hello! I was wondering if its at all possible to get some help with making some adjustments with the website logo. I created a banner that I prefer to use then just a logo. I would like to line up the bottom of the banner with the navigation menu. I have uncluded a example picture of what I mean below. Also would it be possible to tell me the width of the navigation menu?

I would also like to get rid of the 3 social media boxes below the News Posts. I have also made another example picture for you to see below.
