members page

I had buddypress disabled while I was checking for a error with a plugin and forgot to re-enable it for 2 days. Members registered on my website and I noticed the members page was down. I reactivated the buddypress plugin, it showed the members page again, but all the newly registered members are not on there and it doesnt seem to be updating anymore…..

please help if anyone knows what I can do to fix this. i tried going to tools > buddy press > count total members, but this did not resync the members.
