Menu Builder is broken

tried to find a topic with this problem without result. I bought oblivion and started to create content. When I tried to create a new menu via the menu builder at design/menues in the admin-backend nothing happens.

I can add new menues and menu-items but If I want to move the items via drag&drop nothing happens.
