Menu Save bug?

    Hi it’s my secound Theme from Skywarrior and it looks absolutly Perfect.

    but i have a bug maybe… everytime when i try to save the menu i’ll download a file called:
    nav-menus.php.

    When i open that php it will have following content:

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
<html><head>
<title>200 OK</title>
</head><body>
<h1>OK</h1>
<p>The server is temporarily unable to service your
request due to maintenance downtime or capacity
