Mobile layout question

Hello,

I noticed, and so did my readers that mobile layout of the site is not working properly in a sense that text goes over the boundary of graphics, and it’s hardly readable. It happens on the right side of the screen. I tested it on iPhone, Android phone, and WP 8. Similar thing happen to images.
