Modifying theme

    I´m still modifying the theme (not many knowledge but learning. So, Is it possible to show me where I find the option do modify or change the text in the middle of the page?

    And is it possible to add more categories on the right site? Because I have 31 categories, but there are shown only 7 categories.Os can I put a scrollbar to show all categories?
