Multiple Issues(HTML in title, Blog Post Appearance)

Hello i need help regarding some issues,

1. When we create a new post, and set the featured also header image, the post is successfully appear in slider(the image also appear), but the post itself error, the sidebar widget appear in the bottom and the content also appear only in small box, here’s the screen shot:

2. The title in members page didn’t appear right, there’s some html code there..for more detail, at the screen shot
