Need Help With Registration Page

Hey guys, im pretty new to wordpress and have been building my website with blackfyre. Ive ran into a few issues but atm i am stuck on adding the registration page. The demo shows a full functioning registration page but when i cant seem to find the template or anything. When i click sign up on my site it just redirects to homepage

How can i add the exact template from the demo
