Need Only Icons in Profile tabs – too many tabs

Sorry for bugging again. I have just implemented the User Follow/Unfollow functionality and now users have two additional tabs of Followers and Following in the profile page. Since I am using lot of such features the number of tabs are increasing because of which the tabs are now going in the second line which reduced usability and doesn’t look nice.

I wish to remove the Tab text and only keep the relevant icons. I think this could be useful to other buyers also. Can you head me towards the right php file or function.
