New here and need a lot of help

Hi guys, I have Oblivion theme and I don’t rly know how to setup it. I want to make it look like the preview one we can all see that was edited my skywarrior. What I have as homepage is blank page with logo and nothing else. How can I make it look same as his, but ofc I’ll put my images, text… If someone could help me with this it would be great, some tutorials or something.
