New "Site" on BuddyPress Site is Blank

Hi everyone. I’ve searched everywhere for this and I’m sure it is just my failing eyes or exhaustion at this point for not being able to find it. I have the theme installed and no issues there. The one main issue I’m finding is that when users try to create a new “site” on the main site (running BuddyPress multisite), the site is created but when they are redirected it is a completely blank page. When I’ve tested this on other installs/themes, it would also be some default theme used for the new site that could be modified. Any ideas what is causing this?
