Normal Users can't change profile pictures

i found a bug. Normal Users can’t change their profile pictures at the profile page.

You have to add this line: <?php if(!$is_admin)$is_admin=0; ?> after line 232 in the member-header.php

At the moment, if the user is not an admin, the var admin gets a wrong value and the script isn’t loading.
