Oblivion – Page Builder white page

I just installed Oblivion and all of the required plugins and when I initiate “Page Builder” I only get a white screen. I have edited page-builder.php to comment out “register_block(‘Column_Block’);” and reloaded the page and still have not seen anything.

Please advise
