Oblivion Theme Login Issue

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the login included with the Oblivion theme, when clicking on the little person symbol and logging in via the pop up login overlay, it will always re-direct me to the default wordpress login page. It displays this error “ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress.”

However if i click back or refresh the homepage, it has actually logged me in. Also if i log directly into the mysites /wp-login.php page, then it also works fine.

my site is astral-imperium.co.uk – I’m guessing there is a problem with the login script on the theme, but i really can’t be sure!
