[ORIZON] No list dots ?!

Hello,
i have a problem with the <li></li> tag. Normally when you have a list like:

<ul>
<li>list1</li>
<li>list2</li>
<li>etc.</li>
</ul>

you will see the solid listing dots. In my case you won’t. I did not change any .css file. Is this a known problem with the theme or am i doing anything wrong?
