page builder broken

Hi I am trying to fix my page for my page builder template called Transcendent. I want the Mission Statement, Important Information, and Latest Guild News to be flush down the right side of the page like it shows in my image1. But that is not what is happening. Every time I try to use a column, the columns do not fit right or change size, or even move themselves to a new line when I try to save the template. please help me.
