Page builder flip from “excluded” to “included”

I’d like to know if there is a way to flip the Page builder News block instead of excluding post categories to include categories entered in the field.

For example, I’d only like specific categories to be displayed inside the block instead of having to exclude all but one category.

I think I’ve explained what I mean…
